The velvety soft and skin-friendly surface makes it so pleasant to use, whether it be as a foot warmer, bed warmer, or simply to relieve symptoms of back pain, colds, flu, or menstrual cramps. Use is easy and safe; simply insert the flat gel-warmflasche into a microwave at 650 watts for one minute and knead through until desired heat is achieved. Directions for Use:
1. Ensure the gel pack is at room temperature before heating. 2. Place the flat gel pack in a microwave oven. 3. Heat at 650 watts for one minute.
4. Carefully remove the pack from the microwave (it may be hot). 5. Knead the pack thoroughly to distribute the heat evenly.
6. Check the temperature on a sensitive area of skin (e.g., inner wrist) before applying to the desired area. 7. If additional heat is required, heat in 15-second intervals, kneading after each interval, until the desired temperature is reached. Do not overheat.
8. Apply the heated gel pack to the affected area.
Recommended Frequency:

Additional Tips:
