How to Use: 1. Position the foam pad on the palm side of your wrist. 2. Wrap the support around your wrist, ensuring the pad remains centered. 3. Secure the smaller strap first, adjusting for a snug but comfortable fit. 4. Fasten the larger strap over the smaller one, providing additional support and compression. 5. Ensure the support doesn't restrict blood flow. 6. Adjust the straps as needed to achieve the desired level of support.
Recommended Frequency: Wear the support during activities that cause wrist discomfort or as needed. You can wear it daily, but listen to your body and remove it if you experience any pain or discomfort.
