Instructions for Use:
1. Position the tendon pad over your forearm just below the elbow, ensuring it rests on the area causing pain.
2. Wrap the support around your forearm, securing the fasteners comfortably. The support should be snug but not too tight, allowing for proper blood flow.
3. Adjust the fasteners as needed to achieve a comfortable and supportive fit. The support should provide firm, stabilizing protection without restricting movement.
4. The support can be worn on either the right or left elbow.
Recommended Frequency:
Wear the support during activities that aggravate your elbow pain, such as sports or repetitive movements. You can also wear it throughout the day for additional support and pain relief. Remove the support periodically to allow your skin to breathe.
