Directions for Use:
1. Wash and dry your hands thoroughly. 2. Insert a Roche Accu-Chek Aviva test strip into your compatible Accu-Chek meter (Aviva, Aviva Nano, Aviva Combo, or Aviva Expert).
3. The meter will turn on automatically. 4. Obtain a blood sample from your finger, palm, forearm, upper arm, thigh, or calf as instructed by your healthcare professional. 5. Carefully apply the blood sample to the designated area on the test strip, ensuring the entire sample area is filled. 6. The meter will display your blood glucose reading after a few seconds. 7. Record your result and dispose of the used test strip appropriately.
