The artery mark on the cuff should be positioned over the brachial artery (inside of your arm). 5. Secure the cuff so that it is snug but not too tight. You should be able to insert two fingers under the cuff. 6. Press the "START/STOP" button to begin the measurement. Remain still and do not talk during the measurement. 7. The monitor will inflate the cuff and display your bloodpressure and pulse rate. 8. If AFib (Atrial Fibrillation) is detected, the AFib indicator will appear on the display.
