Instructions for Use: 1. Sit comfortably with your back straight and supported. 2. Place your left arm on a flat surface, palm up, with the wrist at heart level. 3. Wrap the cuff snugly around your wrist, about 1-2 cm above the hand. 4. Ensure the display is facing upwards and clearly visible. 5. Press the START/STOP button. 6. Remain still and quiet while the device inflates and measures your blood pressure. 7. The device will display your systolic and diastolic blood pressure readings, along with your pulse rate. 8. Note the readings and consult your doctor if you have any concerns. 9. After use, remove the cuff and store the device properly.
