How to use: 1. Turn on the thermometer by pressing the power button. 2. Aim the sensor at the center of the forehead, maintaining a distance of 1-5 cm. 3. Press the measurement button. 4. Wait for the beep sound and read the temperature on the display. 5. Clean the sensor with a soft, dry cloth after each use.
Recommended frequency: As needed to monitor body temperature.
