Instructions for Use:
1. Sit comfortably with your feet flat on the floor and your back supported. 2. Place the monitor on your wrist with the display facing upwards, ensuring the cuff is snug but not too tight, about 1-2 cm above your wrist bone. 3. Keep your arm at heart level, resting it on a table or supporting it with your other hand. 4. Press the START/STOP button.
5. Remain still and quiet while the monitor inflates the cuff and takes the measurement. 6. The display will show your systolic and diastolic blood pressure readings, as well as your pulse rate.
7. Once the measurement is complete, the cuff will deflate automatically. 8. Record your readings for future reference.
Recommended Frequency:
Monitor your blood pressure regularly as advised by your doctor. For general monitoring, taking measurements once or twice a day, preferably at the same time each day, is recommended. If you experience any unusual symptoms, consult your doctor immediately.
Additional Tips:
1. Avoid eating, drinking caffeinated beverages, smoking, and exercising for at least 30 minutes before taking a measurement. 2. Relax and breathe normally during the measurement. 3.
