Abbott Freestyle Freedom Lite Glucose Apparatus

Instructions for Use:

1. Wash and dry your hands thoroughly. 2. Insert a test strip into the FreeStyle Freedom Lite meter.
3. The meter will automatically turn on. 4. Obtain a blood sample from your fingertip using the provided lancing device.
5. Carefully apply the blood sample to the edge of the test strip.
6. The meter will display your blood glucose reading in 5 seconds.
7. Remove and discard the used test strip.
