How to use: 1. Wash and dry your hands thoroughly. 2. Roll the earplug between your fingers to compress it into a small cylinder. 3. Gently pull your earlobe upwards and outwards with your free hand. 4. Insert the compressed earplug into the ear canal. 5. Hold the earplug in place for a few seconds until it expands to seal the ear canal. 6. Repeat for the other ear. 7. To remove, gently pull the earplug outwards.
Recommended frequency: Use as needed for noise reduction or water protection. Do not wear continuously for extended periods (longer than 8 hours).
Additional tips: Do not force the earplug too deep into the ear canal. If you experience any discomfort, remove the earplug and try again. These earplugs are reusable. Wash them with mild soap and water after each use and allow them to air dry completely before storing. Keep out of reach of children.
