Directions for Use: 1. Wash and dry your hands thoroughly. 2. Warm the wax plug between clean fingers to soften it. 3. Roll the softened wax into a small, smooth cylinder. 4. Gently pull the top of your ear upward and slightly outward to straighten the ear canal. 5. Insert the rolled wax plug into the outer ear canal, do not push it deep into the ear. 6. Gently press the wax to seal the ear canal opening. Do not insert the plug too deeply. 7. To remove, gently pull on the outer edge of the wax plug. Discard the used plug. Do not reuse.

Recommended Frequency: Use as needed to reduce noise exposure. These wax plugs are suitable for prolonged use but should be replaced each time.
