How to Use:

1. Ensure your hands are clean and dry. 2. Remove the silicone earplug from its container. 3. Soften and shape the earplug by rolling it between your fingers. 4. Gently pull your earlobe outward and upward to straighten the ear canal. 5. Carefully insert the earplug into the ear canal opening. Do not force it in too deep. 6. Hold the earplug in place for a few seconds, allowing it to expand and conform to the shape of your ear canal. It will adapt by itself, molding the stopper. 7. Do not cut the plug and do not insert it to the bottom of the ear. Flag after pulling out to expel air the ear canal and avoid hum.
