Instructions for Use: 1. Wash and dry your hands thoroughly. 2. Roll the earplug between your clean fingers to form a small, smooth cylinder. 3. Gently pull the top of your ear upwards and outwards with one hand. 4. With the other hand, insert the rolled earplug into your ear canal. 5. Hold the earplug in place for a few seconds to allow it to expand and create a seal. 6. Repeat the process for the other ear. 7. To remove, gently pull the earplug outwards using the small tab, if present. If not, carefully grip the base of the plug and pull outwards.

Recommended Frequency: Use as needed when exposed to loud noises, water, sand, or dust. These earplugs are reusable but should be replaced when they show signs of wear and tear, discoloration, or lose their elasticity.
