Instructions for Use: 1. Wash and thoroughly dry your hands. 2. Remove one earplug from the packaging. 3. Warm the earplug between your clean fingers to soften the resin slightly. 4. Gently roll the earplug into a small, smooth cylinder. 5. Tilt your head slightly and pull the top of your ear upward and outward. 6. Insert the rolled earplug into your ear canal, ensuring it fits snugly but not too deeply. 7. Do not push the earplug in too forcefully. 8. Repeat steps 2-7 for the other ear. 9. To remove, gently pull on the outer edge of the earplug. 10. Discard after use. These earplugs are single-use only.
