How to Use: 1. Wash and dry your hands thoroughly. 2. Roll one earplug between your clean fingers to compress it into a narrow cylinder. 3. Gently pull your earlobe upwards and outwards with your free hand. 4. Insert the rolled earplug into your ear canal. 5. Hold the earplug in place for a few seconds while it expands to create a secure seal. 6. Repeat steps 2-5 for the other ear. 7. To remove, gently twist and pull the earplug outwards.
Recommended Frequency: These earplugs can be used as needed whenever noise reduction is desired. They are suitable for daily use, but prolonged continuous use for more than 8 hours is not recommended.
