Instructions for Use:

1. Ensure your hands are clean and dry before handling the earplugs. 2. With clean, dry hands, roll the earplug between your fingers to compress and shape it into a narrow cylinder. 3. Pull your earlobe gently upwards and outwards with your opposite hand to straighten the ear canal. 4. Insert the rolled earplug into your ear canal, pushing it in just far enough to create a comfortable seal. Do not push too deeply. 5. Hold the earplug in place for a few seconds while it expands to fill the ear canal. 6. Repeat the process for the other ear.

Recommended Frequency:

These earplugs are designed for single-use. Discard after each use. Do not reuse.
