Directions for Use: 1. Ensure your hands are clean and dry before handling the earplugs. 2. Take one earplug and mould it into a ball or cone shape, depending on your ear canal size. Do not divide the earplug into smaller pieces. 3. Gently insert the moulded earplug into your ear canal. 4. Press and hold the earplug for a few seconds until it expands and comfortably seals the ear canal. Avoid pushing the earplug too deeply. 5. To remove, gently pull the earplug out with a twisting motion. Discard the earplugs after each use.
