How to use: 1. Wash your hands thoroughly with soap and water. 2. Roll the earplug gently between your fingers to compress it into a small cylinder. 3. With your free hand, pull your earlobe gently upwards and outwards to straighten the ear canal. 4. Insert the compressed earplug into your ear canal. 5. Hold the earplug in place for a few seconds until it expands and seals the ear canal. 6. Repeat the process for the other ear. Important: Do not insert the earplug too deeply. It should sit comfortably in the outer ear canal. If you experience any discomfort or pain, remove the earplug and try again.
Recommended frequency: Use as needed for noise reduction or protection from water.
