How to use: 1. Wash and dry your hands thoroughly. 2. Roll the earplug between your clean fingers to compress it into a narrow cylinder. 3. Gently pull your earlobe upwards and outwards with your free hand. 4. Insert the rolled earplug into your ear canal until it sits comfortably and forms a seal. 5. Hold the earplug in place for a few seconds to allow it to expand and create the necessary pressure equalization. Important: Do not insert the earplug too deeply. It should sit comfortably in the outer ear canal.
Recommended frequency: Use the earplugs during ascent and descent on airplanes, or as needed when experiencing pressure changes. Remove the earplugs once the pressure has stabilized.
Additional tips: 1. For optimal hygiene, replace the earplugs after each use. 2. Do not share earplugs with others. 3. If you experience any discomfort or pain, remove the earplugs immediately and consult a healthcare professional. 4. Store the earplugs in a clean, dry place away from direct sunlight and heat. 5.
