How to use: 1. Ensure your shoes are clean and dry before inserting the insoles. 2. Remove the existing insoles from your shoes, if any. 3. Place the Scholl GelActive Extreme Heels insoles inside your shoes, ensuring the gel cushioning is positioned under the ball of your foot and the heel cup sits securely at the back. 4. If necessary, trim the insoles along the indicated lines to fit your shoe size perfectly. 5. Insert your feet into the shoes and walk around to ensure a comfortable fit.
Recommended frequency: For optimal comfort and support, wear the insoles daily with high heels (over 8cm). You can wear them for as long as you feel comfortable. Remove the insoles when wearing flat shoes or going barefoot.
Additional tips: For best results, replace your insoles every six months or sooner if they show signs of wear and tear.
These insoles are designed specifically for high heels (over 8cm) and may not be suitable for other types of footwear.
