How to use: 1. Ensure your shoes are clean and dry before inserting the insoles. 2. Remove the existing insoles from your shoes if present. 3. Place the Scholl GelActiv Insoles Everyday Heels inside your shoes, ensuring the gel cushioning is positioned under the ball and arch of your foot. 4. The insoles are marked for left (L) and right (R) feet; ensure correct placement. 5. If necessary, trim the insoles to fit your shoes.
