The use of Plantigel Sport sports insoles helps to prevent and alleviate injuries caused by impacts against the ground when practising any type of sporting activity. Plantigel Sport incorporates a patented design based on a DOUBLE DISCHARGE architecture applied in the heel and metatarsal area, to alleviate the chain of impacts.

Instructions for Use: 1. Remove the existing insoles from your athletic shoes if present. 2. Place the Plantigel Sport Insoles inside your shoes, ensuring they lie flat and cover the entire insole area. 3. Align the heel cup of the insole with the heel area of your shoe. 4. If necessary, trim the insoles along the pre-marked lines to ensure a perfect fit for your shoe size. Ensure you are trimming to the correct size for your shoes (35-38). 5. Insert your feet into the shoes and walk around to check for comfort and proper fit. Adjust the insoles as needed.
