Instructions for Use: 1. Clean and dry the wound area thoroughly. Ensure the skin is free from any creams, lotions or oils. 2. Open the sterile packaging and carefully remove the Leukomed T dressing. 3. Peel off the protective backing paper from the dressing. 4. Position the dressing centrally over the wound, ensuring the adhesive border adheres to the healthy skin surrounding the wound. 5. Smooth the dressing firmly onto the skin, avoiding wrinkles or air bubbles. 6. Ensure the dressing is securely in place.

Recommended Frequency: Change the dressing as needed, typically every 2-3 days or when the dressing becomes loose, soiled, or no longer provides adequate coverage. More frequent changes may be necessary for heavily exudating wounds.

Additional Tips: 1. Do not stretch the dressing during application, as this may reduce its effectiveness. 2. Avoid applying the dressing over hairy areas, if possible. If application to hairy areas is unavoidable, trim the hair closely to minimize discomfort upon removal. 3. If the dressing adheres to the wound, moisten it with sterile saline solution before carefully removing it to minimize trauma. 4. Discontinue use and consult a healthcare professional if signs of infection or allergic reaction occur, such as increased pain, redness, swelling, or discharge.
