Directions for Use:

1. Clean and dry the affected area thoroughly. Ensure the skin is free from any creams, lotions, or oils.
2. Peel off the protective backing from the blister plaster, being careful not to touch the adhesive side.
3. Center the plaster over the blister, ensuring full coverage of the affected area.
4. Smooth down the edges of the plaster to ensure a secure seal.
5. Leave the plaster in place until it begins to detach on its own. This usually takes several days, allowing the blister to heal naturally.
6. If the plaster needs to be removed before it detaches naturally, gently peel it off, starting from one edge.

Recommended Frequency:

Apply a new plaster as needed, typically when the previous one begins to detach. Do not reuse plasters.

Additional Tips:

For best results, apply the plaster before blisters form, especially if you anticipate friction from new shoes or sandals.
Avoid puncturing the blister. If the blister has already burst, clean the area gently before applying the plaster.
If you experience any increased pain, redness, swelling, or discharge, discontinue use and consult a healthcare professional.
