Instructions for Use:

Secure the end of the bandage with the provided fastening clips or by tucking the end under a wrapped layer. Ensure the bandage is not too tight and allows for proper circulation. 8. Check regularly for any signs of discomfort, swelling, or discoloration. If any of these occur, loosen the bandage immediately.

Recommended Frequency:

The frequency of bandage changes depends on the individual and the specific injury. Generally, the bandage should be changed once or twice a day.
