Obtain a blood sample from your fingertip using a lancing device. 5. Carefully apply the blood sample to the designated area on the test strip, ensuring the required volume (0.8µL) is applied. 6. The meter will display the blood glucose reading after 8 seconds. 7. Remove and discard the used test strip using the ejection mechanism, avoiding contact with blood. 8. Record your blood glucose reading and any relevant markers (before/after meals, exercise, etc.) in your GlucoLog® or MenaDiab® app for tracking and sharing with your healthcare professional.
