Instructions for Use: 1. Position the wristband so the velcro closure is on the outer side of your wrist. 2. Slide your hand through the loop. 3. Wrap the band around your wrist, ensuring it fits snugly but not too tight, allowing for comfortable movement of your fingers. 4. Secure the velcro closure firmly.
Recommended Frequency: Use the Corysan Velcro Wristband as needed to provide support and pain relief. For injuries, follow your doctor's or physiotherapist's recommendations.
