How to use

Directions for Use: 1. Wash your hands thoroughly before and after handling the pad. 2. Remove the pad from its individual wrapping. 3. Peel off the adhesive backing strip from the pad. 4. Position the pad centrally within your underwear, ensuring the adhesive side is facing the fabric. 5. Smooth the pad against your underwear to secure it in place. 6. Discard the used pad hygienically in a bin. Do not flush down the toilet.
