How to use: 1. Remove the individual pad from the pack. 2. Peel off the release paper from the adhesive strip on the back of the pad. 3. Position the pad in the center of your underwear, ensuring the adhesive strip is in contact with the fabric. 4. Smooth the pad down to ensure a secure fit. 5. For optimal comfort and protection, change the pad regularly.
Recommended frequency: Change the pad as needed, depending on your individual needs and level of incontinence. It is generally recommended to change the pad every 4-6 hours, or more frequently if heavily saturated. Do not attempt to reuse the pad.
