Using the abrasive corundum side, file your nails in one direction, from the outer edge towards the center. 4. Avoid sawing back and forth, as this can weaken the nails. 5. Shape your nails to your desired length and form, using smooth, controlled strokes. 6. For best results, file at a slight angle, following the natural curve of your nail. 7. After filing, gently smooth any rough edges with the finer side of the file (if applicable). 8. Wash your hands again to remove any nail dust.

Recommended Frequency: File your nails as needed to maintain your desired shape and length. Typically, this is once or twice a week. Avoid over-filing, which can thin and weaken your nails.
