Directions for Use:

1. Ensure your feet are clean and dry before using the Scholl Cracked Heels file.
2. Gently rub the coarse side of the file over the hardened skin on your heels and feet, applying light pressure.
3. Continue filing until the dead skin is removed and the skin feels smoother. Avoid applying too much pressure, which can cause irritation. 4. Rinse your feet with warm water and pat them dry.
5. Apply your favorite foot moisturizer to hydrate and soften the skin.

Recommended Frequency:

Use the Scholl Cracked Heels file 1-2 times per week or as needed. Reduce frequency once heels are smooth and maintain as needed to prevent build-up of hard skin.

Additional Tips:

For best results, use the file on dry skin. Soaking your feet beforehand is not recommended as it can soften the skin too much, making it difficult to effectively file away hard skin.
Do not use on broken or irritated skin.
If you experience any discomfort or irritation, discontinue use and consult a healthcare professional.
For extremely dry or cracked heels, consider applying a rich foot cream after each use and wearing socks overnight to lock in moisture.
Replace the file when it becomes worn or ineffective.
