Shake the bottle vigorously before each use to ensure the formula is well mixed.
Hold the spray nozzle approximately 15cm away from your skin and spray evenly across all exposed areas.
Do not spray directly onto the face; instead, spray into your hands and then apply to your face, avoiding the eye area.
Ensure you apply a generous amount – about seven teaspoons for the entire body of an average adult – to achieve the stated SPF 50+ protection.
Rub the product in thoroughly to ensure even coverage and absorption.
Remember to reapply every two hours, especially after swimming, sweating, or towel drying.
Pay particular attention to frequently missed areas like the ears, back of the neck, and tops of the feet.
For optimal protection, apply 20-30 minutes before sun exposure.
