Directions for use: 1. Wash your hands thoroughly. 2. Boil 150ml of water and let it cool down to approximately 50°C. 3. Pour the water into a clean bowl or bottle. 4. Add 5-6 level tablespoons (approximately 25-30g) of Blevit Superfibre 8 Cereals. 5. Stir vigorously with a fork or shake the bottle until you obtain a smooth, lump-free consistency. 6. Check the temperature before feeding to the baby. 7. Discard any leftover porridge. Do not reheat.
Recommended frequency: Blevit Superfibre 8 Cereals can be given to babies as part of a diversified diet, typically once or twice a day, or as recommended by your pediatrician.
