Directions for use: 1. Wash your hands thoroughly before preparing the porridge. 2. Boil 150ml of water and let it cool down to approximately 50°C (122°F).
3. In a clean bowl, add the recommended amount of Blevit Plus Avena powder (see feeding table below).
4. Gradually pour the warm water over the powder while stirring continuously with a fork or whisk to avoid lumps. 5. Mix until you achieve a smooth and homogeneous consistency. 6. Check the temperature before feeding to ensure it's lukewarm. Feeding Table: Age (months) | Amount of Blevit Plus Avena (level scoops) | Amount of water (ml): 4-5 | 4-5 | 150 : 6-7 | 5-6 | 180 : 8-9 | 6-7 | 210 : 10-12 | 7-8 | 240. Adjust the amount of powder and water according to your baby's individual needs and appetite. Always follow your pediatrician's recommendations.

Recommended frequency: Blevit Plus Avena can be given once or twice a day, replacing other cereal-based meals, or as directed by your pediatrician. For managing constipation, start with one serving per day and adjust the frequency as needed.

Additional tips: Always prepare the porridge fresh for each feeding. Do not reuse leftover porridge. Introduce Blevit Plus Avena gradually into your baby's diet. Ensure adequate fluid intake throughout the day, offering water between feedings. Consult your pediatrician if constipation persists or worsens. Store the product in a cool, dry place. Once opened, consume within 1 month. Keep out of reach of children.
