Directions for Use:
1. Wash your hands thoroughly with soap and water before preparing the formula. 2. Sterilize all feeding utensils (bottle, nipple, cap) according to manufacturer's instructions. 3. Boil fresh drinking water for 5 minutes and allow to cool to approximately 40°C (104°F). 4. Consult the feeding table on the product packaging to determine the correct amount of water and powder for your baby's age and weight. 5. Pour the recommended amount of cooled, boiled water into the sterilized bottle. 6. Using the provided scoop, add the corresponding number of leveled scoops of Blemil® Plus 2 Forte powder to the water. Do not press the powder into the scoop.
7. Close the bottle securely and shake well until the powder is completely dissolved. 8. Check the temperature of the formula on the inside of your wrist before feeding. It should be lukewarm. 9. Discard any leftover formula after feeding.
