How to use
Ingredients
GERBER Wholegrain Oatmeal with Plum is a cereal porridge rich in fibre. It contains 45.6% whole grain oats and FOS, which is a type of soluble fibre, as well as plum, traditionally known for its use in cases of constipation.
The cereals in this porridge are grown according to sustainable practices and the packaging is FSC® certified.
No added sugars. Contains the sugars naturally present in cereals and plums.
Contains whole grain oats.
Contains iron, which supports normal cognitive development.
Contains probiotics (Bifidobacterium lactis) and FOS, a type of soluble fibre that feeds the microbiota.
Contains 12 minerals and vitamins.
Contains cereals sourced from exclusive baby cereal crops and following sustainable practices.
Contains no palm oil.

Directions for use: 1. Wash your hands thoroughly before preparing the porridge. 2. Boil 150ml of water and let it cool down slightly (to approximately 50°C). 3. Pour the desired amount of Gerber Porridge Oats and Plum (e.g., 20-25g) into a clean bowl. 4. Gradually add the cooled boiled water while stirring continuously to avoid lumps. 5. Check the temperature of the porridge before feeding it to your baby. It should be lukewarm. 6. Discard any leftover porridge. Do not reheat or reuse.
Recommended frequency: This porridge can be offered to your baby once or twice a day, as part of a varied and balanced diet.
Additional tips: Always supervise your baby while eating.
Introduce new foods gradually.
Adjust the amount of water and cereal to achieve the desired consistency.
This product is suitable for babies from 6 months onwards.
For younger infants, consult your pediatrician before introducing this product.
Store in a cool, dry place. Once opened, consume within 3 weeks and keep the package tightly closed.
Remember that this porridge is a complementary food and should not replace breast milk or formula.
