Instructions for Use: 1. Wash your hands thoroughly before handling the breast milk bags. 2. Check the tamper-evident seal to ensure the bag is intact before use. 3. Open the bag by carefully tearing along the pre-cut notch. 4. Hold the bag upright using the reinforced sides and carefully pour expressed breast milk into the bag, leaving some space at the top for expansion during freezing. 5. Seal the bag securely using the double anti-drip safety lock. 6. Label the bag with the date and time of expression. 7. Store the bag flat in the refrigerator or freezer for optimal storage. 8. To thaw frozen breast milk, place the sealed bag in the refrigerator or in a bowl of lukewarm water. Never thaw breast milk in boiling water or a microwave. 9. Once thawed, gently swirl the bag to mix the separated fat layers. 10. To use, carefully pour the thawed breast milk into a sterilized bottle or feeding cup.

Recommended Frequency: Use a new breast milk storage bag for each expressing session.

Additional Tips: Do not refill a used breast milk storage bag. Do not microwave breast milk. For optimal storage, lay bags flat in the freezer or refrigerator. Store breast milk in the back of the freezer/refrigerator where the temperature is most consistent. Thawed breast milk should be used within 24 hours and should not be refrozen.
