First, ensure your underarms are clean and completely dry. This is crucial for optimal effectiveness. Give the can a good shake before each use to properly mix the ingredients. Hold the can approximately 15cm (6 inches) away from your underarm and spray evenly for about 2-3 seconds per armpit.
Allow the product to dry completely before getting dressed to avoid any potential staining on clothing. For most people, daily use after showering is sufficient to provide all-day protection.
