Recommended frequency: Use as often as needed, typically every wash or every other wash, depending on your hair type and scalp condition.
Additional tips: For dry or damaged hair, consider leaving the shampoo on for a minute or two before rinsing to allow the nourishing ingredients to penetrate the hair shaft.
For optimal color protection, avoid using excessively hot water.
If you experience any irritation, discontinue use and consult a dermatologist.
