D.S. & Durga is named after its founders, Kavi, (a.k.a Durga), an architect and David (a.k.a D.S.) a self-taught perfumer. This brand is a high perfumery brand based in Brooklyn, therefore New York DNA can be found in each of their creations, they even still create make all of their fragrances in their tiny apartment.
Each perfume tells us a different story, and each scent has its own playlist on Spotify. They create a perfume for anything they love: music, nature, art… There is a whole world inside each bottle. Their moto, perfume is an armchair travel, is based on the belief that “the power of scent is equal to that of sight and sound”.

There are many variations on cologne. The original Italian, French, German, and Hungarian recipes usually call for citrus (lemon, bergamot, etc.), herbs (lavender, rosemary) and neroli (orange blossom distillate). The scent is instantly recognizable.
Most classic colognes are very pleasant. Every day wearing for that out-of-the-shower scent. With varying degrees, they often do not last. Eau de cologne technically refers to the low amount of fragrance oil in the final product. They aren’t traditionally built to last.
