First, ensure your skin is thoroughly wet, ideally in the shower or bath. Dispense a generous amount of the scrub into your palm. Apply it to your body using circular motions, starting from your feet and working your way upwards towards your heart. This motion helps stimulate circulation. Pay extra attention to rougher areas like elbows, knees, and heels, but be gentle on more sensitive skin.
