Ortosifon de Neo is a supplement with great liquid elimination capacity, acting as a purifier by eliminating toxins and waste substances. The orthosiphon, also called "Java Tea", is an herbaceous shrub of the lipped family, whose origin dates back to North Oceania and Southeast Asia. Its flowers stand out, of a bluish white color, whose filamentary stamens recall the whiskers of a cat. It contains, among other substances, mineral salts (mainly potassium), flavonoids (such as sinensetine), flavonic heterosides, caffeic acid and diterpenes. Traditionally, orthosiphon has been used as a diuretic and slightly spasmolytic (causes an increase in the elimination of water, as well as sodium chloride and urea), in urinary disorders of an inflammatory nature, to perform lavage therapies of the urinary tract and as an adjuvant in mild bacterial urinary tract infections (inhibiting the growth of different microorganisms). It is recommended to take in the morning and at night. Its use is not recommended in case of kidney or heart failure.
