How to use
To take advantage of lavender, you can use its essential oil and its flowers, either fresh or dried, which we recommend you place near your bed, but without overdoing it. Remember that strong aromas also make it difficult to sleep.

Directions for Use:
1. Aromatherapy: Add a few drops (2-5) of Santiveri Lavender Essential Oil to a diffuser or vaporizer.
2. Inhalation: Place a few drops on a tissue or cotton ball and inhale deeply.
3. Topical Application (Diluted): Always dilute lavender essential oil with a carrier oil (such as jojoba, almond, or coconut oil) before applying to the skin. Mix 2-3 drops of lavender oil per teaspoon of carrier oil. Gently massage the diluted oil onto the desired area, such as the temples, wrists, or chest.
4. Bath: Add 5-10 drops of lavender essential oil to a warm bath. Ensure the oil is mixed well with the water before entering.
5. Pillow Sachet: Place a few drops of lavender essential oil on a small cloth or cotton ball and place it inside your pillowcase.
Recommended Frequency:
Use as needed for relaxation and aromatherapy. For topical applications, use 1-2 times daily. For baths, use 1-2 times per week.
Additional Tips:
1. Perform a patch test before applying diluted lavender oil to larger areas of skin. Apply a small amount of diluted oil to the inner forearm and wait 24 hours to observe for any adverse reactions.
2. Store the essential oil in a cool, dark place away from direct sunlight and heat. 3. Keep out of reach of children and pets. 4. Avoid contact with eyes.
