ESI PURE MELATONIN 1.9MG (30 Microtablets), is a food supplement that promotes sleep, relaxation and rest.
Recommended in cases of occasional or chronic insomnia - difficulty falling asleep, insomnia associated with stress or anxiety or mental stress. It does not create dependency, tolerance or generate a feeling of residual sleep.
No sugar or sweeteners. Red fruit flavour.

Instructions for use
It is recommended to take 1 microtablet a day, preferably 1 hour before bedtime.
Warnings and storage
- Do not exceed the maximum recommended daily dose.

Directions for Use: 1. Take one (1) microtablet daily. 2. Consume approximately one (1) hour before your intended bedtime.


Recommended Frequency: Take one (1) microtablet daily for optimal results.


Additional Tips: 1. For best results, establish a regular sleep schedule and maintain a consistent bedtime routine. 2. Create a relaxing environment conducive to sleep, such as dimming the lights and minimizing noise and distractions. 3. Avoid caffeine, alcohol, and large meals close to bedtime. 4. If you are taking other medications, especially antiplatelet or anticoagulant drugs, consult with your healthcare professional before using this product.
5. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. 6. This product is not recommended for pregnant or lactating women. 7. Store in a cool, dry place.

Ingredients: Melatonin, Bulking agents (Microcrystalline cellulose, Dicalcium phosphate), Anti-caking agents (Silicon dioxide, Magnesium stearate). WARNINGS: May cause drowsiness. Do not drive or operate machinery after taking melatonin. Avoid alcohol consumption while using this product. Consult with your healthcare provider before use if pregnant, breastfeeding, taking medication (especially antidepressants, sedatives, or blood thinners), or have a medical condition (especially an autoimmune disorder, seizure disorder, or depression). Not intended for use by individuals under the age of 18. Keep out of reach of children. Discontinue use and consult your doctor if any adverse reactions occur. Do not exceed the recommended dosage.
