Instructions for Use: 1. Position the pressure pad over the affected area, just below the elbow joint for lateral epicondylitis (tennis elbow) or above the elbow joint for medial epicondylitis (golfer's elbow).

3. Secure the strap using the fastener, adjusting the tightness for comfortable compression. Avoid over-tightening.
4. The brace can be worn on either the right or left arm.
Recommended Frequency: Wear the brace during activities that aggravate your elbow pain. You can also wear it for a few hours at a time throughout the day for additional support. Remove the brace at night or when resting.
