How to use: 1. Position the strap around your forearm, just below the elbow. 2. Secure the strap using the velcro fastener, ensuring a snug but comfortable fit. 3. Adjust the compression pad so it rests directly over the affected area (either the outer or inner elbow). 4. Ensure the strap doesn't restrict blood flow. You should be able to comfortably move your fingers and wrist.
Recommended frequency: Wear the Prim Neopair One Size Epicondylitis Strap during activities that aggravate your elbow pain. You can also wear it during periods of rest to promote healing. Avoid wearing the strap continuously for extended periods (more than 8 hours at a time). Remove the strap at night.
