Description
How to use
COLD: Place the gel bag in the freezer. The gel remains stable up to a temperature of -20º C. If the gel pack is too stiff when taken out of the freezer, wait a few minutes before applying it to the skin. If necessary, place a cloth between the skin and the gel pack to avoid skin lesions. HOT: Place the gel pack in a microwave oven at 800 W for a maximum of 1.5 minutes. Before and after heating, flatten and knead it so that the gel temperature is the same over its entire surface. If you require a higher temperature, heat for a further 10 seconds, leaving an interval of at least 30 seconds each time until the desired temperature is reached. Wait a further 30 seconds before removing from the microwave.

After reaching the desired temperature, wait an additional 30 seconds before removing the gel pack from the microwave. 6. Exercise caution when handling the heated gel pack to avoid burns.
