Instructions for Use:
1. Sit comfortably with your back straight and supported. 2. Place the cuff on your bare upper arm, about 1 inch above the elbow crease, ensuring the tube is positioned towards the inner part of your arm. 3. Rest your arm on a flat surface, palm up, at heart level. 4. Press the START/STOP button.
5. Remain still and silent while the device inflates the cuff and takes the reading. 6. The device will display your systolic (upper number) and diastolic (lower number) blood pressure readings, as well as your pulse rate.
7. Record your readings. 8. Consult your doctor if you have any concerns about your blood pressure readings.
Recommended Frequency:
Monitor your blood pressure regularly as advised by your healthcare professional. For home monitoring, it's generally recommended to take readings twice a day, once in the morning and once in the evening, at the same time each day for consistency. Take multiple readings each time (at least two, spaced a minute apart) and average them for a more accurate representation.
