Instructions for Use: 1. Wash your hands thoroughly with soap and water before handling the Enna Cycle Easy Cup. 2. Sterilize the cup before the first use of each period. This can be done by boiling it in water for 3-5 minutes. 3. Fold the cup: There are several folding techniques, such as the C-fold, Punch-down fold, or 7-fold. Experiment to find the one that works best for you. 4. Insert the cup: Relax your vaginal muscles and gently insert the folded cup into your vagina. Aim towards your tailbone. 5. Ensure proper placement: Once inserted, the cup should open completely. You can gently rotate the cup or run your finger around the base to check for any folds or dents. The cup should sit comfortably below your cervix. 6. Removal: Wash your hands again. Relax and gently pull on the stem of the cup until you can reach the base. Gently squeeze the base of the cup to release the seal. Carefully remove the cup, keeping it upright to avoid spilling. 7. Empty and Clean: Empty the contents into the toilet. Rinse the cup with cold water first, then wash it thoroughly with mild, unscented soap and warm water. 8. Reinsert or Store: If your period is still ongoing, reinsert the clean cup. If your period has ended, sterilize the cup again and store it in a clean, dry place, such as the provided pouch.
Recommended Frequency: The Enna Cycle Easy Cup can be worn for up to 12 hours, depending on your flow. It is recommended to empty and clean the cup 2-4 times per day, or more frequently if needed. Always empty the cup before sleeping.
Additional Tips: Practice makes perfect! It may take a few cycles to become comfortable with inserting and removing the cup.
If you experience difficulty inserting the cup, try using a water-based lubricant.
To ensure a good seal, try doing Kegel exercises.
