Okay, so first off, the packaging from BeautyTheShop was seriously impressive. Everything was packed super securely, and I really appreciated the little samples they included – a nice touch. As for the Penhaligon's The Favourite itself, the opening is very powdery, almost vintage-y. The dry down is where it gets interesting, more woody and musky. Lasts a good 6-7 hours on my skin, projects moderately.
